Under the direction of the Director of Teen Programs, the Diller Teen Fellows Program Manager oversees the Boston cohort of the Diller Teen Fellows, an international teen leadership program sponsored by the Helen Diller Family Foundation and the JCC of Greater Boston. This position is responsible for the planning, coordination, and day-to-day management of program operations, including curriculum, logistics, participant experience, and community partnerships. The Manager also supports the broader Teen Department in delivering meaningful, relevant, and innovative programming that advances the department's strategic goals and contributes to a vibrant Jewish future. The Program Manager exercises significant independent judgment in program design, staff supervision, budget oversight, and community partnerships—translating organizational goals into high-impact, meaningful experiences that advance Jewish teen leadership and identity development. JCC Greater Boston is deeply committed to valuing and celebrating the uniqueness of each constituent. We welcome staff and participants from diverse backgrounds. While being proudly Jewish, we strive in every way to provide an open and welcoming setting for all, irrespective of personal practices, beliefs, or background. We are guided by JCC Greater Boston’s core values - Belonging, Joyfulness, Collaboration, and Transformation - which resonate with many who do not identify as Jewish.
