As a Digital Workplace Productivity Engineering Manager at Capital Group, you will lead a team responsible for delivering and operating the company's most critical productivity platforms, including enterprise email, calendaring, messaging, and core collaboration services. These platforms are essential for firm-wide communication, decision-making, and client service. Your accountability will extend to ensuring these platforms are secure by default, highly reliable, compliant, and optimized for performance and cost. You will also continuously evolve these platforms to support modern work methods, including the responsible adoption of generative AI–powered productivity experiences.
