About The Position
The Digital Workplace Product Group within the Technology organization at American Express is responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and modern collaboration capabilities to colleagues across the enterprise. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with deep, hands-on expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and the broader Power Platform to lead the strategy, governance, and execution of enterprise-grade AI and automation solutions. This role is ideal for a product leader who is equally comfortable shaping vision and operating model as they are diving into the technology. You will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, building scalable intake and governance processes, and maintaining the artifacts, standards, and documentation required to support successful delivery at enterprise scale. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of product management, process design, and cross-functional leadership, with experience delivering secure, governed, and high-impact solutions using Microsoft’s low-code and AI platforms.
