About The Position

The Digital Transformation Analyst Summer Intern helps public sector organizations address traditional business challenges through digital strategies and solutions. The intern gains hands-on experience improving organizational effectiveness and efficiency, contributes to real project work, learns how public sector organizations operate, and supports the development of transformative technology and business system solutions. The role offers exposure to experienced professionals and basic principles, theories, and concepts, with an emphasis on critical thinking, collaboration, and a learning mindset. The position is located in Arlington, Virginia.

Requirements

Experience working on a team in a professional or internship environment.
Experience using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Scheduled to obtain a bachelor's degree by Summer 2028.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
Experience with data or business analysis, process automation, UI/UX, or artificial intelligence.
Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Political Science, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
