About The Position

The Digital Transformation Analyst Intern will apply digital skills and strategies to help public sector organizations address traditional business challenges and improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency. The intern will gain hands-on experience contributing to real project work, learn how public sector organizations operate, and help develop transformative technology and business system solutions. The role provides exposure to basic principles, theories, and concepts, with opportunities to learn from experienced professionals, think critically, collaborate, and maintain a learning mindset. The position is based in Arlington, Virginia, and is hybrid.

Requirements

• Experience working on a team in a professional or internship environment.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Scheduled to obtain a bachelor's degree by Summer 2028.

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Experience with data or business analysis, process automation, UI/UX, or artificial intelligence.
• Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Political Science, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
