About The Position

The Digital Transformation Analyst Intern applies digital skills to help public sector organizations address traditional business challenges with digital strategies and solutions. The intern gains hands-on experience improving organizational effectiveness and efficiency and contributes to real project work. The role provides exposure to how public sector organizations operate and to the development of technology and business system solutions. The intern learns from experienced professionals, applies basic principles and concepts, thinks critically, collaborates, and maintains a learning mindset.

Requirements

Experience working on a team in a professional or internship environment.
Experience using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor's degree by Summer 2027.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
Experience with data or business analysis, process automation, UI/UX, or artificial intelligence.
Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Political Science, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
