About The Position

Booz Allen is seeking a Digital Transformation Analyst Intern to help public sector organizations address traditional business challenges through digital strategies and solutions. The intern will contribute to real project work focused on improving organizational effectiveness and efficiency, and will learn how public sector organizations operate and how transformative technology and business system solutions are developed. The role offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals about foundational principles, theories, and concepts. The intern is expected to think critically, collaborate, and maintain a learning mindset. The position is located in Arlington, Virginia.

Requirements

Experience working on a team in a professional or internship environment.
Experience using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Scheduled to obtain a bachelor's degree by Summer 2028.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
Experience with data or business analysis, process automation, UI/UX, or artificial intelligence.
Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Political Science, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
