About The Position

The Digital Transformation Analyst Intern will help public sector organizations address traditional business challenges through digital strategies and solutions. The intern will gain hands-on experience improving organizational effectiveness and efficiency and contribute to real project work. The position provides exposure to how public sector organizations operate and to the development of technology and business system solutions. The intern will learn from experienced professionals, apply basic principles and concepts, think critically, collaborate, and maintain a learning mindset. The position is located in Arlington, Virginia.

Requirements

• Experience working on a team in a professional or internship environment.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Scheduled to obtain a bachelor's degree by Summer 2028.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Experience with data or business analysis, process automation, UI/UX, or artificial intelligence.
• Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Political Science, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
