About The Position

The Digital Transformation Analyst Intern applies digital skills to help organizations address traditional business challenges through digital strategies and solutions. The intern contributes to public sector projects focused on improving organizational effectiveness and efficiency, learning how public sector organizations operate, and helping develop technology and business system solutions. The position provides hands-on project experience and exposure to basic principles, theories, and concepts, with opportunities to learn from experienced professionals, think critically, collaborate, and apply a learning mindset. The position is located in Arlington, Virginia.

Requirements

Experience working on a team in a professional or internship environment.
Experience using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Scheduled to obtain a bachelor's degree by Summer 2028.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
Experience with data or business analysis, process automation, UI/UX, or artificial intelligence.
Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Political Science, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
