The Oracle DevOps team is seeking an experienced Oracle Application Engineer and Project Manager to be part of the ITO and Services Oracle DevOps team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the analysis, requirement gathering, design, documentation, implementation and maintenance of Oracle ITO (OM) & Services modules (Depot Repair, EAM). You will identify, scope, and lead business/site readiness projects to prepare new sites for the oracle implementation. You will gain a deep understanding of all the integrations with legacy tools or cloud tools interconnected with Oracle following the best practices for new implementations. You will lead initiatives following implementation by Tollgates, planning activities and tracking the progress to ensure on time and on budget deliveries. You will maintain tight linkages with business users and peers to maximize the benefits and knowledge sharing. You will deliver quality improvements and root-cause analysis for ERP related complex business problems and work closely with global distributed partners facilitating issue resolutions and effective services delivery across domains. You will proactively identify and remove obstacles or barriers on behalf of the team, manage ambiguity, and adapt quickly to conflicting & changing priorities. You will guide vendors during system design and ensure compliance to specifications and standards. You will ensure rigor and adherence to our standards in terms of HPA and security and SOX compliance requirements. Basic knowledge with PL/SQL, Oracle WF is also required to guide the team on the correct solution implementation.

Requirements

  • Have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or “STEM” majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math).
  • Have at least 6 years of Oracle EBS Applications development, maintenance and development supervision, special focus on OM and Service modules
  • Experience in IT project management and execution in global companies or large consulting firm
  • Have functional domain expertise in Oracle ITO & Service modules (OM, Depot Repair, EAM)
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
