The Digital Operations Specialist is responsible for the daily support of the suite of online banking products including but not limited to mobile banking, bill pay, ACH and Wire origination, positive pay, transfers, P2P payments, and people pay processes. The role also involves supporting the Bank’s “People First” focus and rules of engagement, maintaining a professional demeanor, working as an active member of the CNOB team, providing all internal & external clients excellent service, and always striving to make CNOB “A Better Place to Be”. The specialist will provide support for all business and personal on-line banking products, perform research into product inquiries and maintain supporting documentation, identify, research and escalate issues to management, ensure all daily tasks are completed in a timely manner, and support the branch network with the ACH and Wire origination processes as they pertain to the commercial platform.
