The Digital Operations Specialist will keep e-commerce and online tools running smoothly, ensures data accuracy, improves customer experience, and helps optimize digital platforms. This role will work with sales, marketing, and project teams to fix issues, onboard users, and track performance.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital operations, e-commerce, sales support, or a related role, preferably in a B2B or distribution environment.
  • Proficiency with digital platforms such as e-commerce portals and third-party tools (e.g., Remarcable, Conexiom, SSM, Job Management, etc.).
  • Experience with CRM systems, EDI, and ERP platforms (especially Eclipse).
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Some travel required.

Responsibilities

  • Keep e-commerce and online tools running smoothly, ensures data accuracy, improves customer experience, and helps optimize digital platforms.
  • Work with sales, marketing, and project teams to fix issues, onboard users, and track performance.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze sales and marketing data to track KPIs and support decisions.
  • Ensure digital sales platforms work smoothly for customers and teams; maintain accurate data.
  • Onboard new users, manage access, and troubleshoot digital tool issues.
  • Create and improve process guides and training materials based on team feedback.
