Summer 2027 Digital Technology Internship
About The Position

This internship offers a comprehensive program with one-on-one mentorship, professional development workshops, sessions with senior leadership, and networking opportunities. Interns will be embedded within Lockton’s Digital Technology team, working on hands-on projects that involve interacting with internal clients, conducting research, and preparing reports, analyses, presentations, and communications. Additionally, interns will collaborate in small groups to tackle real-world challenges facing Lockton and the insurance industry, presenting their findings to leadership. The program also provides exposure to different specialty areas of the business and potential career paths within Lockton and the industry.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled college students scheduled to graduate December 2027 or May 2028
- Student studying Analytics, Finance, or other related fields
- Able to communicate between technical and business audiences
- Can define and translate product requirements
- Previous experience with technical software’s such as Microsoft SQL, Microsoft PowerBi, Tableau, Databricks, Python
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship now or at any time in the future
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on various hands-on projects within the Digital Technology team.
- Interact with internal clients.
- Conduct research.
- Prepare reports, analyses, presentations, and communications.
- Tackle real-world challenges facing Lockton and the insurance industry in groups.
- Present findings and recommendations to Lockton leadership.
