About The Position

As an IT Business Analyst, you will develop your skills at the intersection of business and technology, working with an Agile team to develop digital products for clients' missions. This role involves propelling business analytics and processes forward, delving into technology trends to deliver user-friendly client experiences, and developing leading-edge applications. You will collaborate with AI solution architects, developers, data engineers, data scientists, and subject matter experts to identify business needs, gather user requirements, and assist in developing user experience and user interface designs. You will clearly understand user needs and guide your team in creating deployable features to deliver high business value products to clients and end-users.

Requirements

• Experience in developing software requirements, and supporting documentation
• Experience working in cross-functional, Agile teams to design large-scale digital experiences that meet business objectives
• Experience working in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment with aggressive project timelines and continual client delivery
• Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, comprehend the intent of a client’s needs, and help shape and form the solution by leveraging team capabilities
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

• Experience with wireframing, and prototyping tools, such as Axure, Balsamiq, Figma, or Sketch
• Experience with facilitating stakeholder interviews, creating personas, user journeys, and user observations
• Experience working with the Military
• Possession of excellent client-facing or consulting skills
