About The Position

This role is for an Undergraduate Full-Time Digital Solutions Associate within Workplace Consulting. The associate will support the delivery of benefits-related websites for various clients, contributing to all stages of website creation for both content-only and personalized sites. Responsibilities include documenting requirements, entering and maintaining content, supporting data file creation, reviewing website functionality (QA), validating user experience, coordinating testing, and providing business validation for technology procedures. The associate will work on multiple project teams simultaneously, interacting directly with clients, internal partners, and programmers. Success in this role requires being a highly motivated self-starter capable of driving digital solutions from concept to reality.

Requirements

  • Experience/curiosity about digital communications and supporting the delivery of websites.
  • Experience with data management tools (e.g., MS Excel).
  • Majoring in Digital Communications, Business, Mathematics, Economics, or subjects applicable to web/digital solutions.
  • Ability to clearly define detailed business and technical requirements.
  • Ability to interpret and manipulate data sets, and perform basic calculations.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management skills, including a strong aptitude to balance and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to work within budgeted timeframes to help maintain client profitability without sacrificing quality.
  • Ability to simplify and present technical, complex concepts to non-technical business partners.
  • Ability to execute on tasks autonomously, while remaining coordinated with a broader team.
