About The Position

The Digital Shopping Clerk fulfills customers’ online curbside orders and supports a convenient, friendly pickup experience. The role involves receiving daily workflow through a dashboard, shopping and verifying products throughout the store, bagging and staging orders according to standards and food safety guidelines, and providing service and collecting payment in the curbside pickup area. The schedule listed is Thursday through Sunday, 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. Training is provided.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
At least 1 year of experience.
Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
Able to follow procedures efficiently and consistently.
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

Prior retail experience preferred.
Past cashier experience preferred.
Past online ordering experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide courteous, accurate service in the curbside pickup area and support the carside experience, including payment collection.
Greet customers in person and by phone, and respond to their questions and needs.
Maintain positive working relationships with customers, store team members, and leadership.
Resolve customer concerns promptly, partnering with leadership when needed.
Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders throughout the shift.
Select items throughout the store, scan and verify products, and bag them appropriately according to bagging standards.
Store and stage orders correctly while following food safety guidelines.
Keep the curbside area clean, neat, and ready for the next pickup.
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
