About The Position

ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Associate. This role involves selling ADP solutions, including payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits, to new and existing clients using the latest digital technology. You will act as a consultative business partner, introducing ADP's leading solutions to various decision-makers at companies of all sizes. The role offers high-quality sales training, teaching you how to use the latest technology for success. Initially, your leader will provide daily goals for dials, talk time, and appointments set. As you progress, you will gain autonomy, flexibility in your daily schedule, work-life balance with a set Monday-Friday schedule (no weekends), and conduct virtual appointments without travel. The position offers uncapped commission, incentive trips, and promotional opportunities in a stable and respected tech company.

Requirements

  • Quick learner when it comes to learning new tools and technology.
  • Belief in the power of leveraging insights and real-time data to assist clients and prospects throughout their buying journey.
  • Upbeat, persistent style and the ability to make proactive, strategic outreach without fear of rejection.
  • Ability to manage your time and present your ideas in a clear professional manner while leveraging go-to-market technology throughout the sales process.
  • A continuous learner, always seeking to improve.
  • Two or more years of previous sales experience or completion of a sales internship.
  • Military experience (skills including teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a never lose mentality).

Responsibilities

  • Work independently and collaboratively within your assigned geography to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals.
  • Implement a sales strategy targeted at decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
  • Strategically cultivate additional business within existing accounts by selling cloud-based human resources solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and your overall network, demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards.
