About The Position

ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Associate. This role involves selling ADP solutions, including payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits, to new and existing clients using the latest digital technology. The associate will act as a consultative business partner, introducing ADP's solutions to various client roles and company sizes. The company provides high-quality sales training and teaches the use of the latest technology for success. The role offers daily goals initially, with increasing autonomy, flexibility, work-life balance (Monday-Friday schedule, no weekends), and virtual appointments without travel. It also includes uncapped commission, incentive trips, and promotional opportunities within a stable and respected tech company.

Requirements

  • Acumen Using New Tools. You are a quick learner when it comes to learning new tools and technology. You believe in the power of leveraging insights and real-time data to assist clients and prospects throughout their buying journey.
  • Positive Self-Starter. You have an upbeat, persistent style and the ability to make a proactive, strategic outreach without fear of rejection. Ability to manage your time and present your ideas in a clear professional manner while leveraging go-to-go-market technology throughout the sales process.
  • Continuous Learner. You're always learning, growing, and questioning what was done in the past to make things better.
  • Two or more years of previous sales experience or completion of a sales internship
  • Military experience -- skills including teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a never lose mentality will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.
