About The Position
Land Rover Parsippany is seeking a motivated, digitally savvy Digital Sales & Client Experience Specialist to join their team. This role focuses on connecting digital customers with the dealership's sales professionals. The specialist will communicate with prospective clients via phone, text, email, and digital channels, understand their needs, provide an exceptional first impression, and convert online interest into dealership appointments and sales opportunities. No prior automotive experience is required; the company is interested in individuals from technology, hospitality, luxury retail, customer service, inside sales, banking, wireless, real estate, fitness, and other relationship-driven industries who are confident communicators, comfortable with technology, competitive, organized, and performance-motivated.

Responsibilities
- Responding quickly and professionally to digital customer inquiries
- Connecting with prospective clients by phone, text, and email
- Building relationships with customers throughout their shopping journey
- Identifying customer needs and purchase timelines
- Scheduling and confirming showroom appointments
- Conducting proactive outbound customer outreach
- Managing customer opportunities and follow-up using CRM technology
- Maintaining accurate customer notes and activity
- Collaborating with sales professionals and management
- Supporting digital campaigns, special events, and customer engagement initiatives
- Consistently working toward individual and team performance goals
