The Digital Sales Account Manager virtually manages a portfolio of assigned or acquired accounts, building and forecasting sales pipelines, and developing account plans. They collaborate with outside sales, channel partners, and end customers to close sales opportunities and may generate and qualify leads. The role involves setting and executing sales strategies for their assigned accounts, territory, or industry vertical.
