About The Position

U.S. Legal Support is hiring Digital Reporters for legal proceedings. This role involves using digital audio technology to accurately capture, organize, and prepare recordings for transcription. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training and certification support are provided.

Requirements

  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable working with computers, software, and audio equipment.
  • Minimum typing speed of 55+ WPM (typing test required).
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain a State Notary Commission (assistance provided).
  • Willingness to undergo training and certification provided by the company.

Nice To Haves

  • Existing Notary Commission is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Administering oaths and ensuring a clear, accurate record during depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
  • Transporting, setting up, and operating computer and audio recording equipment for in-person and remote proceedings.
  • Preparing audio files, exhibits, and related materials for transcription after each proceeding.
