Accenture•St. Louis, MO
•$80,400 - $293,800

About The Position

Accenture Song’s Design & Digital Products practice works with brands to reinvent products, services, and spaces using emerging technology. This role leads product design engagements from scoping and planning through delivery, connecting user needs and business strategy to high-quality, scalable product experiences. The manager sets design direction while remaining hands-on, establishes craft standards, guides product decisions, and connects experience choices to measurable business outcomes. The position spans client delivery, business development, and people and practice development. It leads client programs and multidisciplinary teams, turns strategic recommendations into prototypes and narratives, contributes to proposals and thought leadership, identifies opportunities to support client growth, and mentors designers. The role also advances AI-enabled design practices by shaping AI experiences and workflows and documenting their impact. This is a hands-on design leadership position; recent experience with tools such as Figma is a bonus.
