A Brief Overview Contributes to product strategy by leading the development and enhancement of digital products or services. Conducts market research, collaborates with cross-functional teams, designs user experiences, and oversees the product development lifecycle. Applies expertise in user-centric design, agile methodologies, and market trends to help drive the success of digital products and ensure they meet customer needs and expectations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years digital work experience

  • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or, equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)

Responsibilities

  • Helps establish and implement enhanced user experiences and digital product governance policies and standards.
  • Designs systems to translate business needs and client needs into digital strategies and products that support clients.
  • Defines the product vision, capabilities and priorities, and roadmap internally and externally.
  • Determines opportunities for future digital products and client growth through gap analyses and client relationship analyses.
  • Directs individuals to develop digital products from start to finish based on client requirements.
  • Develops complex programs that elicit and elaborate requirements and provide management with a solutions strategy point of view and recommendations.
  • Delivers findings and reports to senior management and to the broader organization, influencing upwards and laterally to drive organizational change and alignment.
  • Assists management in coaching and providing regular, timely feedback to develop departmental capabilities and ensure the delivery of exceptional services.
  • Establishes departmental objectives and analytical priorities that guide team members and ensure the quality and accuracy of deliverables.
