The Digital Process Improvement Manager is responsible for enabling a more efficient, effective, and data-driven Supply Chain by partnering with assigned Supply Chain functions to improve ways of working across processes, organization, tools, and people. The role translates functional priorities, operational challenges, and improvement opportunities into practical, value-driven digital solutions that improve business performance and support adoption across the organization. This position is part of the Supply Chain Development Digital & Data team supporting the Global Distribution Supply Chain organization based in North America (Marietta, US). While centrally aligned within the Digital & Data team, the Digital Process Improvement Manager operates as an embedded partner with assigned Supply Chain functions, collaborating with global and regional stakeholders across multiple time zones to deliver scalable, aligned digital solutions that improve supply chain efficiency and effectiveness. As the role grows in responsibility, the scope expands from delivering defined digital and process improvement initiatives to shaping functional digital roadmaps, managing prioritized portfolios and backlogs, influencing business decisions, leading broader transformation efforts, and driving measurable value realization across Supply Chain functions.
