About The Position

The Digital Print Operator I produces high-quality printed materials using digital printing equipment in a fast-paced environment. The operator monitors print jobs, makes adjustments as needed, performs routine equipment maintenance, and troubleshoots problems with equipment and print jobs. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of print jobs and materials used and working collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines.

The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with flexibility in working days and hours required to meet customer demands. The posting states that work exceeds eight hours per working day, excluding breaks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience operating digital printing equipment.
• Knowledge of printing processes and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret job orders and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Flexibility with working days and hours to meet customer demands.
