About The Position

The Digital Label Press Operator I works in a commercial printing company, operating digital printing equipment to produce high-quality print materials. The position communicates with the press Lead to help ensure jobs are completed on schedule and is directly and indirectly responsible for product quality. The role also includes maintaining a clean and organized work area, following safety procedures, and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience operating digital printing equipment.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and report issues to the press Lead.
• Ability to work effectively as a team player.
• Problem-solving skills to identify and address equipment issues.
• Attention to detail to ensure printed materials meet quality standards.
• Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions and meet qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
• Ability to maintain regular and timely attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Set up and operate digital printing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
• Ensure printed materials meet quality standards.
• Communicate machine status and maintenance needs to the press Lead.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work with team members to ensure jobs are completed on schedule.
• Follow safety regulations and procedures.
• Be directly and indirectly responsible for product quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
