About The Position

sg360° is seeking a Digital Press Operator to operate and maintain an HP PageWide Digital Web Press (HP A2200/T4250) with limited assistance. The role involves setting up and adjusting equipment, following operating procedures, monitoring finished output for accuracy and image quality, and making routine adjustments to maintain production standards. The operator also trains new press operators and performs most maintenance tasks without supervision.

The position is based in a printing and manufacturing environment with exposure to dust, ink, solvents, vapors, moving mechanical parts, and moderate noise. The work requires frequent bending, standing, and walking, as well as repetitive pushing, lifting, and pulling of up to 50 pounds. Pallet jacks and carts are used to move product.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience operating IBM, Kodak, Xerox iGen, or Oce equipment.
• At least 2 years of experience with roll-to-roll digital presses.
• Prior experience in a traditional offset or web-press environment.
• Strong computer skills with the file-to-print process.
• Technically and mechanically oriented.
• Printing and/or related production experience.
• Color printing experience, preferably four-color.
• Ability to push, lift, and pull up to 50 pounds repetitively during the shift.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift on a concrete floor.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

• HP A2200 experience preferred.
