This job is responsible for leading a team to maximize the value delivered through multiple programs and/or value streams within a small, less complex delivery portfolio. Key responsibilities include managing and developing the team through coaching, mentoring and feedback, aligning strategy, and execution by applying Lean and systems thinking approaches to strategy, investment funding, portfolio operations, and governance. Job expectations include managing the portfolio, ensuring compliance to standards, and driving continuous improvement to operations and governance. Position Summary: Client Facing Digital Marketing (CFDM) develops and manages Bank of America’s digital marketing platforms, including Bank of America website experiences, content management systems, and customer offers. The Portfolio Manager for CFDM is accountable for end-to-end portfolio delivery—from intake, requirements, estimation, and funding alignment through planning, execution, release, and outcome tracking. The role leads a team of business analysts, delivery leads, and release train engineers and establishes the operating routines, controls, and metrics needed to deliver a diverse book of work predictably. This professional oversees both programs owned by CFDM and work CFDM delivers as a service provider to partners, ensuring clear accountability across scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and dependencies.
