Overview The Digital Platform Specialist I (Lead Generation) supports the organization's demand‑generation efforts by building and updating landing pages, forms, and email assets using established templates. The role maintains and optimizes the HubSpot platform, monitors lead flow through the sales pipeline, and provides onboarding and day‑to-day support for platform users. This specialist also maintains the pay‑per‑click (PPC) campaigns, ensuring accurate tracking, performance reporting, and continuous optimization to improve lead quality and conversion outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications or related field (required)
  • 2+ years experience working with digital platforms, enterprise systems, or customer relationship management tools (required) or
  • 2+ years work experience in digital content management or platform configuration (required)
  • Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Sharepoint
  • Understands and has knowledge to use Zoom and Teams
  • Project management software (Asana preferred)
  • HubSpot or similar CRM
  • Attention to detail and creativity
  • Basic understanding of lead generation and marketing automation process
  • Organization and planning capabilities
  • Good written communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years work experience managing or supporting PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) (preferred)
  • HubSpot Digital Marketing certification ()
  • Google Ads certification ()

Responsibilities

  • Work with established templates to create and update landing pages, forms, and emails that support lead‑generation programs.
  • Maintain the HubSpot platform, including marketing automation workflows, error logs, contact records, and file management.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing users, providing onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
  • Provide pay-per-click (PPC) campaign reporting, maintain and edit campaigns, review recommendations
  • Monitor incoming leads and track their movement through the sales pipeline to ensure proper follow-up and conversion.
  • Provide platform reporting and create dashboards to provide visibility into marketing performance, lead flow, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Setup marketing event objects and support event lead generation needs
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards
