As our Digital Demand Generation Specialist, you’ll create integrated campaigns that generate qualified leads, accelerate pipeline, and connect customers with solutions across High-Speed Digital & Semiconductor, Telecom, Data Center, and other strategic growth markets. Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience
• Strong hands-on Pardot and Salesforce expertise
• Experience building and optimizing multi-channel campaigns
• Knowledge of lead nurturing, segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign analytics
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with technology marketing, OEM/channel partnerships, MDF-funded programs, or technical markets is an added plus.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-channel demand generation campaigns from strategy through results
• Build campaigns across email, paid media, social, webinars, events, landing pages, and lead nurture
• Work hands-on with Pardot and Salesforce
• Partner directly with Sales, Product Management, Content, and OEM partners
• Use data, segmentation, testing, and analytics to continuously improve performance
• Help turn marketing engagement into qualified opportunities and measurable pipeline
• Bring forward new ideas and have meaningful ownership of your programs
