About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Lead Qualification, Nurturing & Pipeline Development Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in identifying, qualifying, nurturing, and converting prospective customers into meaningful sales opportunities while providing actionable reporting and dashboard insights that help drive business growth. The ideal candidate combines strong communication skills with an analytical mindset, has experience working with CRM systems and sales data, and is passionate about contributing to pipeline growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in lead generation, lead qualification, business development, sales support, or customer engagement roles.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.com.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead lifecycle management, and pipeline development.
  • Experience creating reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, score, and prioritize inbound and outbound leads based on established qualification criteria and buyer readiness.
  • Identify high-potential prospects and convert qualified leads into sales-ready opportunities.
  • Partner with sales representatives to ensure timely follow-up and progression of qualified leads through the sales funnel.
  • Actively contributes to pipeline generation goals by uncovering new opportunities within target accounts and industries.
  • Proactively engage prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospects by delivering relevant content, addressing questions, and keeping contacts engaged throughout the buying journey.
  • Execute lead nurturing campaigns and follow-up strategies designed to improve conversion rates and accelerate pipeline velocity.
  • Utilize third-party databases, sales intelligence platforms, and CRM tools to identify and acquire new target contacts and accounts.
  • Conduct prospect research to ensure quality and alignment with ideal customer profile criteria.
  • Maintain accurate lead and account records to support effective targeting and segmentation.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all prospect interactions, activities, and status updates within Salesforce.com or other CRM platforms.
  • Ensure lead, contact, and opportunity data integrity through ongoing data cleansing and management activities.
  • Support lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle management processes.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reporting within Salesforce, Power BI, Excel, or other reporting platforms.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators
  • Deliver monthly performance reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with Growth Marketing and Sales teams to improve lead quality and pipeline outcomes.
  • Provide data-driven feedback regarding campaign effectiveness, target market opportunities, and lead qualification criteria.
  • Participate in regular pipeline reviews and contribute recommendations to increase sales opportunity creation and revenue growth.
