About The Position

Matrix Fitness is looking for a creative, data-driven Digital Performance Marketing Manager to help bring their U.S. commercial marketing efforts to life. This role involves turning strategy into action across social media, paid digital, email campaigns, customer journeys, digital content promotion, events, partnerships, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate enjoys building campaigns that connect with the right audience, analyzing data to understand performance, and finding new ways to drive engagement and qualified leads.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally in B2B, fitness, wellness, commercial products, manufacturing, hospitality, equipment, or another sales-led environment.
  • Hands-on experience with organic and paid social, email marketing, digital campaigns, audience targeting, customer journeys, and performance optimization.
  • Confidence working with GA4, digital reporting, campaign analytics, and performance insights.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to tailor messaging for social, email, paid media, and campaign landing pages.
  • Experience using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Express, CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, or customer journey platforms.
  • A collaborative mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to keep multiple campaigns moving without losing sight of the bigger picture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead U.S. social media planning and execution for Matrix commercial channels, including content calendars, campaign support, paid social, performance tracking, and optimization.
  • Bring approved stories, partnerships, product content, testimonials, events, and thought leadership to life across digital channels in a way that feels relevant and engaging for the U.S. market.
  • Plan, launch, measure, and refine digital campaigns that support lead generation, customer engagement, product launches, strategic accounts, events, and nurture efforts.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, product marketing, CRM, creative, and global digital teams to make sure campaigns have strong messaging, clear conversion paths, and meaningful follow-up.
  • Use analytics and reporting tools to uncover what’s driving traffic, engagement, conversions, lead quality, and campaign performance — then turn those insights into practical recommendations.
