About The Position

Responsible for activities associated with operating and assisting with production equipment, including setup, operation, cleanup, and recommending process improvements. Continuously monitors products during production runs to ensure quality and adjusts as necessary.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of demonstrated transferable experience operating one high-speed manufacturing equipment in the corrugated industry.

Nice To Haves

• Prior work experience in the corrugated industry.
• Expert-level ability to operate at least one of the following: C500, 15500, Zund, or Euclid.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment to achieve high production levels and quality.
• Reduce waste by following quality standards.
• Maintain efficiency and record production output throughout the shift.
• Submit maintenance work orders to supervision for needed repairs.
• Clean equipment and work areas at the end of production runs.
• Assist in training personnel.
• Comply with company policies and procedures, including safety and good housekeeping.
• Maintain attendance, which is an essential duty of the position.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
