Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital operations, web publishing, or content management.
  • Proficiency with CMS platforms, HTML/CSS basics, and SEO tools.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with pharmacy or healthcare websites.
  • Familiarity with Agile workflows and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Knowledge of digital asset management (DAM) systems.
  • Exposure to headless CMS and personalization frameworks.
  • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).

Responsibilities

  • Publish, update, and retire content across multiple websites using CMS platforms (e.g., SiteCore, Liferay, WordPress).
  • Ensure published content and pages meet established quality standards and alignment with brand and compliance requirements.
  • Manage content deployment schedules, contribute to UAT (User Acceptance Testing) of new features and identify post-deployment issues.
  • Collaborate with brand teams to ensure timely approvals and deployments.
  • Analyze site performance and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics and Amplitude to recommend improvements.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve broken links, outdated content, and SEO/GEO issues using tools like SEMrush and Google Search Console.
  • Implement metadata, tagging, and accessibility best practices.
  • Identify technical SEO/GEO requirements and document requirements for development.
  • Monitor performance of local maps data.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance to align digital initiatives with business goals.
  • Participate in CMS upgrades, migrations, and new feature rollouts.
  • Support localization and personalization efforts for regional content (e.g., Quebec-specific pharmacy pages).
