About The Position

KGNS+ is seeking a content producer to create compelling content for broadcast and digital platforms. The producer creates copy, video, and/or pictures for all platforms and coordinates with newsroom staff, including reporters, photographers, the assignment manager, and the news director. The role serves as the newsroom’s digital voice and point person, helping ensure daily and long-term projects—including special-event and breaking-news coverage—are multi-dimensional. The producer also reviews digital metrics to support audience and engagement growth and ensures story selection and placement align with newsroom standards and goals.

• Broadcast journalism experience.
• Media-related bachelor's degree.
