About The Position

Own digital merchandising planning, execution, and optimization across key site experiences, ensuring content, navigation, and product presentation drive engagement, discovery, and conversion. This role blends executional ownership with performance analysis and testing, translating campaign strategy into high-quality site experiences across campaigns, launches, and promotions.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, or related field
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting performance data and translating insights into action
  • Experience working within eCommerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud) strongly preferred
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and across cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights that inform revenue-driving decisions.
  • Creative problem-solver with a proven ability to challenge existing strategies, analyze customer journeys, and implement innovative solutions that drive meaningful sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Support strategic planning and own execution, merchandising, QA, and optimizations for owned site experiences
  • Execute digital merchandising strategies across campaigns, product launches, and promotions, ensuring messaging and content align with external marketing for a seamless customer journey
  • Continuously optimize owned site experiences based on page performance, content engagement, and product sales trends, prioritizing discoverability for mobile customers
  • Ensure content transitions smoothly between campaigns and evergreen states while maintaining accuracy and relevance across owned experiences
  • Develop clear creative briefs and submit tickets (with wireframes when applicable) to support campaign execution
  • Partner closely with Creative teams to refine and execute content aligned to brand and business objectives
  • QA all site experiences to ensure accuracy, consistency, and readiness ahead of launches
  • Align execution to marketing calendars, promotional strategies, and go-to-market timelines
  • Monitor site performance daily and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion
  • Analyze performance trends and translate insights into actionable optimization strategies
  • Support weekly business reporting and provide ad hoc analysis during key business periods
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives to continuously improve site performance
  • Share insights cross-functionally to inform future planning and prioritization
  • Partner with Brand, Creative, Merchandising, CRM, Paid Media, Digital Operations, and Analytics teams to deliver cohesive customer experiences
  • Collaborate with UX, Personalization, and Engineering partners to support testing, enhancements, and new feature rollouts
  • Ensure alignment across channels to create a seamless end-to-end customer journey
