About The Position

Under limited supervision, plans and executes digital product strategy, technology/product development, technology/product support and/or customer engagement strategies in support of the company’s product and service portfolio. Conducts market and competitive analysis, product analysis, digital industry and customer research to create and optimize the customer experience. Partner with cross-functional teams to define, implement and launch market-leading, customer-centric products or programs. Provides subject matter expertise to support strategic priorities. Maintains expertise on products and technologies through training and research and uses that training to drive and/or implement best practices and foster continuous improvement. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated portfolio of marketing writing spanning short and long-form formats; B2B technology or SaaS experience preferred.
  • Strong foundational writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a creative flair that elevates standard marketing content.
  • Proven ability to adapt voice and tone across formats, audiences, and stages of the customer journey.
  • Experience collaborating with and providing feedback to external agencies or creative partners.
  • Strong editorial judgment and a track record of upholding high content standards.
  • Self-directed and organized, with a track record of success in remote, fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with content marketing best practices, SEO fundamentals, and modern content tools.
  • Strong ability to understand business and customer needs, customer and/or user experience management, product analysis and technology capabilities.
  • Technical acumen.
  • Strong collaboration, communications and analytical skills.

Nice To Haves

  • B2B technology or SaaS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Write clear, compelling short and long-form marketing copy across formats, including social posts, ads, blogs, webinar descriptions, infographics, whitepapers, e-guides, and website pages.
  • Help craft and evolve the Digital Solutions narrative, ensuring consistent storytelling across the customer journey.
  • Partner with the external content agency to provide creative direction, editorial feedback, and quality assurance on agency-produced deliverables.
  • Establish and maintain content standards, voice, and tone guidelines for the Content Marketing team.
  • Collaborate with content strategists, designers, program managers, and internal communications leads to translate marketing strategy into impactful written work.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of content processes, templates, and best practices.
  • Bring ideas to the table on how we can keep raising the bar — new formats, better processes, smarter ways to tell our story.
