About The Position

Partners by Design is seeking a creative and tech-savvy Digital Marketing Specialist to lead the development, execution, and management of the firm’s digital marketing strategy. This role is ideal for a visual storyteller who understands branding, audience engagement, and how to translate great design into compelling digital experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and evolving the firm’s online presence—including the website, social media, photography, press, and awards—while ensuring alignment with brand standards and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or relevant years of experience
  • 6+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably within the architecture, design, or professional services industries
  • Demonstrated experience managing website content (preferably on WordPress or similar CMS) and SEO best practices
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, social media strategy, and digital storytelling
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and basic video editing tools
  • Experience with social media management platforms and analytics tools
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the company’s website, including updates to project content, team pages, news, and SEO optimization
  • Create and schedule social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), while tracking analytics and engagement
  • Develop campaigns that align with project milestones, award submissions, press features, and industry events
  • Coordinate photography of completed projects, including working with external photographers, developing shot lists, and managing usage rights
  • Research and pursue opportunities for industry awards and speaking engagements; coordinate and submit entries
  • Develop and manage digital content calendars, ensuring consistency across all channels and alignment with marketing goals
  • Work closely with the Business Development team to repurpose project content into promotional or brand storytelling formats
  • Maintain and organize a digital asset library, including photography, logos, templates, and video content
  • Monitor analytics and performance across digital platforms, reporting on KPIs and recommending optimizations
  • Ensure brand consistency and visual identity standards are upheld across all external communication channels
