About The Position

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to execute and optimize campaigns across paid, social, and organic channels. This is a hands-on, execution-first role — not strategy-only. You will run and scale Google Ads campaigns, manage social media engagement and content execution, improve SEO and organic visibility, and continuously test, analyze, and optimize performance. If you live in dashboards, care about metrics, and constantly iterate to improve results — this role is built for you.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • 3+ years managing social media platforms.
  • Proven SEO experience using SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of CPC, CTR, Conversions, and ROAS.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4.
  • Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Execution-focused approach to campaign management.
  • Data-driven decision making.
  • Comfort managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Continuous testing, iteration, and performance improvement mindset.
  • Ability to balance performance metrics with creative execution.

  • Experience managing multiple client accounts.
  • Background in E-commerce, SaaS, or B2B Marketing.
  • Experience with A/B testing frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Remarketing.
  • Conduct keyword research and structure campaigns for performance.
  • Write and test high-converting ad copy.
  • Optimize key metrics such as CPC, CTR, Conversions, and ROAS.
  • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and targeting.
  • Identify and implement performance improvements in Google Ads.
  • Manage social media engagement across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Respond to comments, DMs, and audience interactions on social media.
  • Support content scheduling, caption writing, and post optimization for social media.
  • Monitor social media engagement metrics and audience growth.
  • Conduct keyword research for SEO using tools like SEMrush.
  • Optimize metadata and content for SEO.
  • Support technical SEO improvements.
  • Track keyword rankings and organic traffic.
  • Identify content gaps and growth opportunities for organic channels.
  • Track performance across paid campaigns, social channels, and organic traffic.
  • Analyze data using Google Analytics 4.
  • Prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain clean documentation of campaign updates and changes.
