About The Position
Accuenergy is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their Toronto-based team. This role involves developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive web traffic, and generate leads. The specialist will be responsible for content creation, SEO, web analytics, and social media management, contributing to the company's growth in providing advanced technological solutions for power system automation.
Requirements
- A university degree or college diploma in marketing, business, or related field.
- 3+ years of relevant digital marketing or related field experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and complete deadlines in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
- Ability to take ownership of projects and offer improvements.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities
- Write compelling, SEO-optimized content for blogs, websites, videos, and other digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and audience engagement.
- Research and write 800-1,500 word articles related to the industry.
- Develop and implement SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and generate leads.
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
- Optimize on-page and off-page SEO signals.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, identifying actionable insights to optimize digital campaigns.
- Create and analyze marketing performance reports to improve marketing strategy.
- Plan and execute social media, email marketing, and SEM strategies to grow brand awareness, web traffic, lead generation, and engagement across key platforms.
- Ensure Occupational Health and Safety compliance with health and safety laws and regulations.
- Follow all procedures in compliance with Accuenergy (Canada) Inc standard policy and operation regulations.
- Undertake any other operation-related responsibilities as the company continues to grow.
