About The Position
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you are a key member of the Marketing Team who produces content for the digital marketplace in collaboration with the business unit teams. This position is located at our US Headquarters in Ashland, VA. Develop, implement, and optimize data‑driven digital marketing strategies with a strong emphasis on Search Engine Advertising (SEA), Performance Max (P-Max) campaigns and AI‑enhanced digital communication. Plan, execute, and continuously refine SEA campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads and online platforms to drive measurable business outcomes. Leverage AI tools and platforms to improve targeting, automation and performance. Analyze performance data to deliver clear reporting, insights and recommendations for future strategy. Manage and grow social channels by creating content, tracking performance, and using insights to boost engagements.
Requirements
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- 3-5 years of digital marketing, SEA experience and familiarity with AI marketing tools.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Advertising, and major social media platforms.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of scientific methods, analytics or experimentation frameworks is a plus.
