SWBC is seeking a talented individual to assist and support the digital team in maintaining and managing all digital assets, including SWBC’s web presence, marketing automation system, digital platforms, and delivery vehicles for digital advertising assets. Takes strategic direction from Digital Marketing Manager on how/when to implement marketing automation, paid adverting, retargeting, search engine optimization, workflow/lead nurturing, and inbound/outbound marketing strategies and tactics. Works alongside the Marketing Analyst to pivot marketing campaign executables. Responsible for the management and maintenance of content on swbc.com and the company’s other related corresponding internet sites (i.e. swbcmortgage.com). Completes daily requests from the business to perform daily maintenance tasks on digital assets. Works closely with the Social Media Team to ensure cohesiveness across social media activities as they pertain to the digital landscape that are intended to drive traffic to external-facing websites, in an effort to identify Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) by the lead nurturing methodology. While the daily tasks will help support campaigns that have a social component, there will be no direct social media work for this role. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team of strategic and analytical thinkers, creative problem solvers, and skilled individual contributors who work together to create engaging marketing campaigns and user journeys.
