About The Position

Proax Technologies is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms and produce supporting video and creative assets. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on execution, creative experimentation, and efficient ad production using modern tools. The specialist will work with existing manufacturer footage, product shots, and simple in-office clips to create high-performing ads.

Requirements

  • Experience managing paid ads (Google Ads and either LinkedIn or Meta required).
  • Ability to shoot simple photos and video clips.
  • Ability to edit basic videos using CapCut, Descript, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency.
  • Ability to use AI tools to accelerate creative and copy workflows.
  • A testing mindset and willingness to iterate quickly.
  • Comfortable doing basic research on competitors, keywords, and trends to inform creative strategy.
  • Upload a cover letter containing only the word sensor.

Nice To Haves

  • LinkedIn or Meta Ads experience.
  • B2B or technical industry exposure.
  • Basic design skills with templates.
  • Experience formatting simple content or blog posts.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, Bing, LinkedIn, and Meta.
  • Launch and optimize campaigns for brand awareness, product categories, and retargeting.
  • Understand and optimize auction and bidding systems (CPC/CPM strategies, smart bidding, manual bidding).
  • Manage budgets, pacing, bids, audiences, keywords, and tracking to maximize ROI.
  • Test platforms and formats to identify top-performing channels.
  • Provide weekly performance updates.
  • Develop simple video ideas for ads and product spotlights.
  • Shoot quick video clips in-office (product close-ups, demo switches, sensor tests, etc.).
  • Edit videos using templates or AI-assisted tools, and repurpose manufacturer footage.
  • Add captions, simple transitions, and resize videos for different platforms.
  • Create multiple video versions for A/B testing and iterate based on performance.
  • Create static ads using brand templates.
  • Generate ad copy using AI and ensure technical accuracy.
  • Produce platform-ready creative variations.
  • Maintain a library of approved images, videos, and copy blocks.
  • Convert video clips or campaign insights into simple blog posts or written summaries.
  • Suggest landing page copy improvements based on campaign results and user behavior.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to refine messaging.
  • Add supporting visuals or short clips to existing content.
