About The Position

Stratus Clean Northwest is one of the fastest-growing commercial cleaning franchise organizations in the Pacific Northwest. We're looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who can combine creativity, analytics, and AI-powered marketing to generate qualified leads, improve brand awareness, and accelerate business growth. Requirements

3+ years of digital marketing experience.
Proven success managing SEO and PPC campaigns.
Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics 4.
Strong understanding of keyword research, technical SEO, and content optimization.
Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve performance.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that generate qualified leads.
Manage and optimize SEO for our websites and local search presence.
Build and manage Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns.
Improve website traffic, search rankings, and conversion rates.
Create landing pages that convert visitors into leads.
Develop AI-powered marketing workflows to improve efficiency and campaign performance.
Create blog content, email campaigns, newsletters, and lead magnets.
Manage marketing automation and lead nurturing campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and Looker Studio.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Improve local SEO and Google Business Profiles.
Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and email campaigns.
Collaborate with sales leadership to align marketing with business goals.
Provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
