About The Position

This role supports the marketing efforts of Club Glove—the #1 golf travel bag on Tour—and Links & Kings, bringing brand stories to life across digital, social, email, trade, and retail channels. The position plays a key role in executing go‑to‑market plans, developing compelling on‑brand content, and supporting product launches from concept through sell‑through. Partnering closely with product, creative, and external vendors, this role helps ensure brand consistency, content excellence, and elevated customer experiences across all touchpoints, while contributing to the continued growth and premium positioning of both brands. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field required
  • 5+ years of relevant marketing experience within a consumer‑facing brand or marketing agency
  • Proven experience in Brand and Digital Marketing, with a passion for developing creative, on‑brand content
  • Hands‑on experience executing digital engagement strategies across Social, Email, and eCommerce/Retail platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to create marketing assets, including shooting, editing, copywriting, and/or design, for a digitally focused or consumer brand
  • Experience managing vendors and agencies strongly preferred
  • Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive process improvements and strategic initiatives
  • Familiarity with brand strategy, media planning, and influencer programs strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of the golf marketplace and the game of golf preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail, creativity, organization, and project management skills
  • Self‑starter with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a strategic, business‑aligned mindset
  • Strong understanding of current and emerging digital platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat) and eCommerce performance metrics
  • Experience developing compelling copy and marketing materials for a consumer‑facing brand required
  • Proficiency in—or strong interest in learning—Adobe Creative Suite required
