This Digital Specialist role at Ergodyne reports to the Digital Marketing Manager and helps execute and scale our digital marketing efforts, with a specific focus on advertising and email. You’ll build email campaigns and automated programs while strengthening how we segment and manage audience data and uphold privacy, consent, and email compliance standards. On the advertising side, you’ll manage paid non-traditional media campaigns—planning, launching and optimizing across platforms. You’ll coordinate creative and targeting, track budgets and performance, and identify opportunities to improve results over time. Your work will support product launches, promotions, and lead generation while improving how we connect with customers throughout their journey. This role is based in our St Paul office Monday through Thursday, with the option to work from home on Fridays.
