As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Kingston Resorts, you will be fully responsible for the end-to-end creation of digital and social content—from concept to final execution—while working under the direction of the Senior Marketing Manager for approvals and alignment with brand goals. Resort topics will be provided, but this role requires proactive research and creativity to develop engaging campaigns. This position will directly manage six distinct social media accounts across the resort, each requiring tailored content to align with specific audiences and priorities. You will also oversee the monthly blog program, ensuring it integrates seamlessly into the social media calendar and supports broader marketing strategies. In addition, email marketing will be a major focus. You will design and distribute weekly email campaigns, incorporating both assigned topics from the Senior Marketing Manager and self-identified opportunities such as resort events, seasonal highlights, and guest engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, organized self-starter who thrives on independence, creativity, and initiative.
