About The Position

Leads, plans, develops, and executes digital marketing campaigns, including online advertising, web site strategy and design, and new media deliverables. Applies leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts. Contributes to the development of new principles and concepts. Works on unusually complex problems and provides highly innovative solutions. Operates with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision. Mentors or supervises employees in both company and technical competencies.

Requirements

  • Experience as a marketing professional with high-profile brands
  • Experience collaborating across internal departments to bring holistic marketing visions together for digital presence
  • Experience crafting marketing presentations and presenting to executive leadership
  • Experience growing digital channels including websites and email
  • Experience reporting on OKRs, KPIs, ROI, and performance metrics
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders to amplify key messages
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a Marketing, Business, or Communications field
