About The Position

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for shaping and optimizing the end-to-end dealer experience across email, web, and digital channels. This role blends UX thinking, customer journey design, and data-driven marketing to create intuitive, engaging, and high-performing communications that strengthen GoFi’s brand and drive measurable results. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure every touchpoint feels cohesive, customer-first, and purpose-built to convert.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, or a related field
  • Bachelors degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Experience designing and optimizing email campaigns and customer journeys
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign management tools (i.e.; Braze, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and design tools (Figma preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Background in A/B testing and lifecycle marketing
  • Indirect auto industry experience

Responsibilities

  • Designing and optimizing end-to-end customer journeys across email, landing pages, and other digital touchpoints
  • Applying UX best practices to create intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly experiences that drive engagement and conversion
  • Developing and executing email marketing campaigns from concept through deployment
  • Building and maintaining responsive, user-centric email templates
  • Continuously testing, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns using performance data and insights
  • Designing and producing creative assets across email, web, print, and digital channels
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all dealer-facing communications
  • Monitoring and improving key performance metrics, including engagement, conversion, and Net Promoter Score (NPS)
  • Leveraging A/B testing and experimentation to support continuous improvement
  • Partnering closely with Sales, Product, and external vendors to execute marketing initiatives
  • Acting as a liaison between GoFi Sales and vendor partners for promotional and marketing materials
  • Ensuring alignment across teams to deliver a seamless and cohesive dealer experience
