About The Position

The Larson Group Peterbilt is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist the marketing team in the creation and implementation of digital marketing activities to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and generate new business leads for TLG. This position will utilize technology in creative ways to effectively serve customers, TLG dealerships, and Department Managers. The tasks include managing social media channels, creating and scheduling content, creating and sending email campaigns, overseeing interactions, utilizing SEO/AEO/GEO, and managing online listings. This role also involves updating website content, tracking KPIs, and helping create digital marketing sales campaigns.

Requirements

  • Two or more years of experience in a digital marketing role is required.
  • Experience with social media and email marketing tools is required.
  • Familiarity or experience with SEO, AEO and GEO best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in marketing, PR, communication, or related field is preferred.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects) is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with working with website CMS platforms and MAC products is recommended.

Responsibilities

  • Successfully coordinate, produce, and execute digital marketing campaigns.
  • Work with internal departments across our network on various marketing and branding initiatives.
  • Support the marketing department by measuring campaign results and providing reporting (social media and Google Analytics).
  • Utilize technology and creatively work with all levels of employees to identify effective and efficient ways to best serve customers’ (B2B/B2C) wide range of needs.
  • Engage and connect with customers through our ongoing social media, SMS and email campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Maintain and update content on our website and create landing pages to support digital marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain and update our dealerships online listings.
  • Shoot photos and video with professional grade equipment to assemble and build a media bank.
  • Network with a wide variety of industry leaders and professionals for sponsorship, event, and media opportunities.
  • Spot marketing trends and work with the Director of Marketing on tracking ROI.
  • Develop strategies for content creation, event planning, and digital communication.
  • Stay current on the impact of AI-generated search and utilizing AI in our work.
